The following form must be filled out within 60 days of the referral’s hire date (the day they went to orientation).
If the referred team member is hired, the referring team member will receive: $300: If the referral is hired and after 60 days of employment, their job title is an entry-level position, the referring team member will receive a bonus of $300. $500: If the referral is hired and after 60 days of employment, their job title is an advisor-level position, the referring team member will receive a bonus of $500. $1,000: If the referral is hired and after 60 days of employment, their job title is a manager trainee/manager-level position, the referring team member will receive a bonus of $1,000. The team member referred must include the referring team members name on their employment application. The referral bonus program is subject to change at any time. Other referral bonus opportunities may be available based on special referral program offers. Both team members must be active at the time that the bonus is paid. All bonuses will be paid out automatically.
